What is the Campaign Revolution?

  1. The Campaign Revolution is about providing personalised data-driven campaigns, focusing on the customer’s needs, which have been determined by a Data/Life Event Trigger or the customer’s Next Best Action (NBA)
  2. All customers are included and will have a “data treatment” each month
  3. Campaign opportunities engagement takes place quarterly and a financial need and NBA can only be surfaced maximum twice a year. We will rotate top needs messaging based on data insights
  4. If exceptional changes happen in the interim and new opportunities or new customers arise, a new lead is generated monthly
  5. All advisers will see the opportunity for their customers on CsI/New Leads System as per normal
  6. Old Mutual will send out customer engagement post adviser notification of the campaign
  7. Special offers and special seasonal campaigns that are not high propensity to purchase or NBA will still be made available to you as lead opportunities i.e. SUV, Retirement LSI, TFSA Top-Up

  1. As an adviser you will receive personalized campaign opportunities for the right customer, about the right solution, at the right time
  2. It will create efficient Value-Driven campaigns, maximising adviser time for meaningful customer engagement
  3. It will drive value creation in terms of sales and retention for our advisers
  4. Identify and increase Needs Met or financial solutions in our customer base
  5. Offer the most appropriate solutions for our customers

How long will a lead be available in CsI?

  1. As with the existing customer campaigns, leads will be available for 3 months within the campaign

Does this change the CsI campaign view?

  1. No this does not change your CsI view – you will follow the exact same process to action your CsI leads

Do we meet the POPIA Compliance requirements of using data from different sources for marketing?

  1. We are POPIA Compliant and send marketing communication to customers who have granted consent
  2. A Leads only Campaign will be created for advisers to directly engage with customers who have opted out from receiving direct communication from Old Mutual

ARE WE EXCLUDING TOP ADVISERS FROM THESE CAMPAIGNS?

  1. We are including customers of all advisers
  2. The inclusion of customers is based on their NBA along with their consent
  3. Refer to 9b for the treatment of customers who have not given consent to receive marketing communication
